I just realized tomorrow
will be my second Sunday
of being away from the computer.
Today has been a great day.
It was good to be at my home group AA meeting this morning.
I had a comforting visit with my sponsor later on in the day.
I'm listening to a wonderful daily prayer recording right now.

January 5th - the music to that one has
broken down walls within me
on several occasions.
Music and food for the soul.
